The service in the Wedmore practice was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and the person taking my blood test was the best in my experience. All very professionally done. Many thanks.

At my appointment I was greeted in a lovely manor and was immediately felt at ease. During my time in with the nurse, she was chatting away and explaining me through it

The lady I spoke to understood my predicament, which was complex, very quickly, and offered an incredible solution for me which left me feeling very confident and happy

Prompt response to my e-message and very pleased with the help given by the doctor by sending a letter to Taunton Musgrove to try and advance my hernia operation.

Arrived 5 minutes early and was takenon time which is always great. This helps greatly with scheduling. Staff very pleasant.

I have had such a lovely exsperience every time i contact the practice. There always very helpfull and very efficient I never feel i am been rushed even when they are exstremly busy. Doctors have always listerned to my conserns and helped me in the best way possible i very much appreciate everything they do. I called up at 5pm because my son had come up in a rash all over his body the receptionist was lovely and asked me to send some pictures i had a phone call straight away from dr .... he was very help full and took his time in explaining what the problem seems like it could be he was very reasuring and had sujested to call back if things changed. Ive also had another doctor who i have spoken to many times for me and my children he has always been reasuring,helpful and welcoming to the surgery. The nurses your so kind and lovely towards my children always put me at ease when coming to there vacinations. As a surgery as a whole you all do such an amazing job thank you all so much :)

Problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently by nurses and paramedic. Antibiotics issued immediately.

Just fine It was for taking of blood sample Successfully achieved without any mining Expecting 100 characters is absolutely stupid

I have been a patient of this practice for 40 years and it has improved beyond recognition in the last year, mainly because of the appointment of a new fantastic doctor. Following hospitalisation due to severe trauma, the care I have received from my GP since then has been magnificent in every respect, from hands-on treatment, to referrals to NHS services and tests, and the management of medications. Without the pro-active and compassionate care of this doctor, I doubt whether I would have recovered as well as I have. I'm only sorry that this system does not allow me to name him!
