Balfour Road Surgery is an excellent clinic with great Doctors and staff. I have been undergoing treatment and the doctors who have been treating me have excellent knowledge. They are very friendly, caring, empathetic and treats everyone with respect. The staff are very friendly and approachable as well. Overall, a great practice with knowledgeable Doctors and approachable staff. I would strongly recommend this practice.

Booking an appointment in this surgery is extremely hard, you wait 1.5 hours on the phone and are put in the queue. When I finally got through to the receptionist, she didn’t let me even speak about my issue and kept saying all 5 clinics are fully booked. She then said that it’s a first come first serve service and when I tried explaining that I’ve been trying since 8am (as I was told by this same receptionist) she said that it is now 09:30 and I was too late. This is frustrating as you wait more than an hour on the phone for an appointment and because of the queue you can't even get one, then get blamed that you didn’t call from 8am. When I finally got an appointment after a week of trying and deteriorating conditions, my doctor was so caring and very helpful. Its a shame that the receptionists at this practice aren’t welcoming and rude.

Great staff and very efficient service. Easy to book appointments and and staff is very helpful. They always contact you back if needed and give clear instructions

Not too long ago, I had to take my daughter to this surgery because she just wasn't 'herself '. She was quiet, withdrawn and not her usual self. The doctor quickly diagnosed the problem. I was sent to hospital, where treatment was promptly given. The staff at the surgery were professional, proactive, helpful and friendly. Now my daughter has completely recovered. Thank you Balfour Road Surgery.

The staff and Doctor recently treated me after an accident. They were proactive, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond !! Would recommend this practice definitely. Cheers!!

I had my son's appointment today. Although I had to wait 30 mins on call before getting appointment but it was worth it as I got appointment with my favourite doctor. She is such a lovely, kind and caring GP ( I wish I was allowed to mention her name). She always explain everything very well, listen to the us patiently and takes time to examine the patients thoroughly. We are very lucky to have her in our surgery. Lots of Love and Prayers for the lovely doctor. May she have happy, healthy and long life.
