After some difficulties at the reception the GP lady I was seeing that day was the kindest and friendliest GP I have ever met in my entire life. Her people skills are top notch and she is extremely caring and professional. She made my day a hundred times better just by listening , caring and solving my problem in the most professional manner. When she followed up a few days later she asked the right questions and made sure that I know that I can always call back if my problem comes back or persists.

Friendly and lovely staff, attendesd to on time. The small procedure i had done was assure throughout and i was taken through every stage of what was being done.

My experience with the staff at the practice was amazing. Kind, helpful and caring. After I had an emergency life threatening surgery, they took care of me after I was discharged from JR. They were beyond kind and made sure to give me the help needed to recover quicker. Answered all my questions and made sure I know what to do in case of emergency. Very very helpful people. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

I easily made an appointment online at the clinic this week. The GP I saw listened well and responded clearly. All the staff were very helpful in the practice.

Within two hours of contacting the surgery I had been seen by a doctor. The whole process was easy and I was reassured by the treatment t I received. Thank you all.

The nurse who took my blood sample was very rude and disrespectful she tried to provoke me few times The she talked to me I felt like I have had something wrong to book a blood test. Any way I stayed calm and show respect to her. Now I not confident enough to Go again there for the blood test or another health issues. God bless NHS

Call back service worked extremely well. Even though I was 17th in queue I was called back within 30 minutes and got an on the day appointment. Very pleasant Allied Health Professional. Made me feel at ease and gave valuable information.
