My son was seen on time by his GP. She’s very accommodating and explained his health condition very well.

Appointment made on line. Actual appointment on 15 late. Doctor very good however an email asking me to read options prior to appointment was only received a couple of hours before actual appointment. Shame.

The doctor was lovely if they was a question I was unsure of she went to senior doctors and got back to me straight away after my appointment so helpful everyone was on level 1

I received total respect from all the staff . The care I received was also exceptional and everything was explained to me and what the staff were doing. Thankyou for a brilliant experience for me.

It was comparatively easy to book an appointment although you have to persuade the receptionist that you want to speak to a doctor and not some other person.

She was so kind and she listened to my speech patiently to I discuss my illness with and she given me good advice and she prepared for me a good interpreter form own native language for good understanding. Overall I like her God bless her. Thank you doctor
