A quick appointment from a letter to being seen. All done through NHS App. Nurse was exceptional. Highly rate Banbury Cross Health Centre. Joined Discover Me study, just waiting on sample test kit. Thoroughly recommend other patients to try it.

He went out of his way to arrange appointments with different Hospitals to find out the problems. Which is do different to other GPS I've seen before

Having had my problem for quite a while, and thinking it was too trivial to bother the surgery, I finally did contact them as it was just getting worse. I requested a f2f on e-consult and next day was offered an appointment with doctor who specialised in dermatology. Really pleased how the appointment went, GP confirmed what I thought was wrong and prescribed a course of treatment which I’m now on. He was very informative, explaining what I needed to do, and to go back if I have any future concerns. All-in-all a great experience with helpful staff.

I wanted an appointment, so used the link to message. Reply received within a few hours and I was able to book the next day. Saved hanging on the phone line

Had my smear today, the nurse made me feel very comfortable, very friendly and caring. Thank you, for making a not so pleasant life’s necessity, a bit less uncomfortable and a bit more pleasant.

I completed an online appointment request on a Saturday, non urgent. I had a call back Monday morning and saw a doctor face to face on Tuesday, had a blood test later that day and prescription delivered by Wednesday. Love the National Health Service.

Because of the neglect I received in the run up to 2020 I had to have life saving surgery again in may of this year and because of returning symptoms I wanted some advice and it feels like im not important or being listened to today as an example but not only occasion
