    I've been having trouble getting medication added to my repeat prescription. So when using the Nhs app. I have been leaving messages. In the appropriate message box. Asking for the item's to be added. Do you think they were added No! Any body would think I was asking for crack cocain. Or the messages just ain't read. And bothered with. Anyway I popped into the surgery spoke to. Two lovely members of staff. Who were both very helpful. Fingers crossed problem solved. Watch this space.

    The practice has always looked after me with my needs. The visit in January 2023 was great as always. HCA has always looked after me and kept me updated on my health issues

    Today I contacted practice for urgent assistance relating to my 89 year old Mother in Law prescription which was required urgently- Suffia, the Receptionist was supportive, professional and arranged for a prescription to be authorised by the Dr as a matter of urgency today - she is always helpful and is an asset to the practice

    First of all staff is very friendly Whatever or whenever I ask something, They reply Kindly with big smile. That makes me so happy and comfortable Doctors are also friendly and very helpful.

    Generally quite a good service from doctors and reception staff, but booking an appointment to see the doctor can be trying at times. Why can't a patient pre-book an appointment in advance If the appointment service can be improved it will be fantastic.

    Dear Dave, Thanks a lot for your feedback Thanks for appreciating the staff. We are always trying to improve the appointment system to make it better for our patients. Patients can pre book the appointment up to four weeks in advance but we do understand that these appointments get booked very quickly. We do have reserved slots of appointments for over 75 and vulnerable patients as well.
