I tried several times to book an appointment, but I'm expected to use their online service to book, which doesn't work and always tells you to "try again tomorrow", even when logging in at the service's opening time. I have tried to call to book instead, but I was told that if I don't use the online service, the next available appointment is in a month. If you somehow get through, the practice is nice enough, but good luck actually seeing anyone.

I had filled out an e-consult form online, and had been emailed saying I have an appointment that same evening at the GP surgery. After arriving at the surgery, they had said I don't have an appointment and that is just the time that the doctor takes a look at the consultation form. I was confused as to why I had been told that it is in person, and why there was no mention of this being the time slot that the doctor looks at the consultation form. How is any patient meant to know this if there's no mention of it? There is a major communication problem here and it wastes a patient's time. Would not recommend registering to this GP practice.

I was contacted for a blood test review by the pharmacist at the practice who was very helpful and gave me time to understand and consider my way forward. Think such a review should be done by the GP but appreciate the Pharmacist’s knowledge and skill.

I have done e consult had same day response to my query with an appointment with my Dr understood my medical condition dealt with it made me feel comfortable great efficient Doctor am so happy to be a patient of Barking Medical Group great member of staff so helpful keep up the great service

Doctors are very good in the practice. They always listen to me carefully. Advice accordingly. The doctor I had seen was very experienced and gave me advice and done observations carefully. . I am very happy with the services.

I found it extremely difficult to book an appointment using the online system. It is very frustrating when trying to book an appointment through my phone, there isn’t any appointments available majority of the time.
