    On the 11th Nov GP requested BP monitor to be fitted during my working days which start on 23rd Nov. I went to reception 2 days ago and were told it will be ready on 22nd Nov. I went to reception yesterday to collect and were told the clinician who will setup the monitor on annual leave for 2 weeks. Later yesterday i got a call to come & pick the monitor today at 15:10. unfortunately i got another call this morning to say "surgery unable to provide me today" . After back&forth through i got next Tue at 1730 to pick up which will be near to my rest/relaxing week... ie no point for monitoring !!! My job role are "safety critical" and was advised by company doctor to monitor BP during shift time..... Now i will have to write to my company doctor saying "Barby surgery couldn't provide BP monitor due to clinician on leave".

    I was very grateful to Wioletta for taking the extra time to check my information and consult the pharmacist. She was able to verify the issue of my repeat prescription which had twice been rejected with no reason given.

    I have been on the line for one hour. I was number 6 when it started so was hopeful it would be quick. Still no answer!

    Dear Anonymous, I am sorry to read of your difficulty getting through to the practice by telephone. This is something that we are trying hard to resolve.     I've given up! An hour and a half waiting for the phone to be picked up. Number 1 for over 50 minutes. Appalling.

    I like the nurse she is very friendly, I felt relaxed and comfortable. I didn't feel scared or nervous when she did her job.
