Sent for prescriptions through the nhs app like I have done for years, haven’t been sent to pharmacy and cannot get through on the phones, complete joke of a practise

Hello, today I had an appointment with Dr at Barmston, and I I am so grateful to have been heard, validated and made to feel completely supported. This is the best experience I have ever had at the doctor's, I just wanted to share how grateful I am for that. Also, the smear appointment I had recently was also completely stress free, I've never known anything like it, for an appointment I always dread, it was perfect. Your reception staff are also exceptional! Thank you so much, you're all amazing!

Thank you for being the "Voice of Reason". When I received my "horrible" letter, I did feel like ignoring it all and not going through with things. I am glad you told me to go ahead with the procedure. Speaking to you and knowing I had your support made all the difference. I am now of the other side so to speak. Thank you
