Review titled Great staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 December 2024
I had to visit this practice the day after boxing day with severe asthma. The reception staff were very helpful and I got see a doctor within 35 mins. The doctor was a recent addition to the practice. He was very knowledgeable and thorough as well as being very helpful and kind. I got the medications I needed to help relieve my symptoms. Thank you again.

Review titled Nurse and healthcare assistants
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Melanie - Posted on 20 June 2024
Whilst at the surgery today I had a bad vertigo attack, the nurses and health care assistants were brilliant, they tried to contact family for me and when nobody could be reached to collect me I was driven home by a health care assistant.

Review titled Frustrated
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Frustrated & concerned - Posted on 14 May 2024
I have had recently serious spinal surgery, doing well but, my MSK appoinment, i was told to that day go to my GP practice to have my surgical wound inspected & checked as they had some concerns. So i went straight to the practice to be offered an appointment in 3 weeks, "Face to face?" the look! how can a wound not be checked other than face to face? You could come back 8.30 in the morning, so i did, to be told oh you have to go to go Colne ( I had to have my sticthes out there, as that cant be done at the practice) "they should have told you you had to go to colne, err it was here I was told to come back this morning!!!, given a tel number for Colne! So although fed up frustrated and angry, I have made a appoinment at Colne to have my wound checked .......but was told, if it was anything more serious I would have to go back to my GP, also if any antibiotics required again back to the GP. How is this logical, so now it will 3 days later before someone can look, when I was told go today. One Dr ledt the practice due to the way the practice was being managed, I really really struggle to be understanding of this stupid making something that could have been sorted in 10 minutes to be 3 days down the line & probably the issue has got worse costing the NHS more time & expense than needed, what i couldnt drive etc, just sit here & rot. what other option i have than leave the centre & with a practice 12 miles or further away. the 21st century & we are going bacwards.
