    Call today concerning my medicine and the receptionist was rude and arrogant, she ask for my list of medicines and then told me I could not do repeat scips over the phone so I asked to speak to a doctor she refused my request I’m furious now, what right has that receptions to deny me access to a doctor then she shouted at me, I said no I was not, it ended with her putting the phone down on me

    Dear Anon. Sorry you feel upset. Please let me have your name and I can check the call. It states that you visited in February but the post is August. Do get in touch with me and I will check things for you. To let you know that we do not accept ordering prescriptions over the phone as mistakes in hearing and understanding can happen. This is for your safety and the safety of prescribing. You would not be put through to a GP just to ask for medicines. You can order through the NHS App, using pharmacy repeat services, coming into either Ash Vale or Frimley Green or post. Do let me know your details and I'll get to the bottom of your contact.     Will not accept appointments for children. Hide behind an annoyingly long message machine. Seems to want to do less work than ever. Covid not withstanding, this practice should be ashamed of it practices. Please see patients, after all that is what you are here for, and being paid for, is it not?

    Dear Anon. Apologies for the delay. I would like to discuss this further with you. Have you got use of the Healthier Together App which was made by Frimley Paediatric Consultants? This helps to triage. Sometimes we ask patients to see other health care professionals. Were you asked to use a pharmacy or directed to other help?     Called to make an appointment for a 3 year old and was told “no appointments “ use app ! , call 111 this is unacceptable for a. 3 year old… they would not even give an appointment for the following day unless I got in a very long cue at 8 am, and this would only put us in another cue for a telephone call . The staff are rude and unhelpful.

    Dear "Angry of Ash" We are currently under extreme pressure and must cap contacts to remain offering a safe service. The App is an excellent one that has been designed by the Paediatric Consultants at Frimley Park Hospital. Following that app for anyone under 18 will direct you to the best possible care, quickly and safely. It has the ability to then send us a request that a child should be seen. 111 is also an excellent way to seek advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do use the Healthier Together App designed by the consultants. This really will help direct you and of course, there's the pharmacy too. I would like to hear who feel was rude and unhelpful as I would like to look further into that. I can use call recording to see what you feel went wrong in the contact with my staff.     My GP is very friendly and professional at the same time. She took my condition very seriously. I was confused as to what to do next. Fortunately, she was very empathetic, and the way she communicated and chose her words helped me stop being nervous and anxious. I found the staff helpful and friendly at Bartlett Group Practice (both in Frimley Green and Ash Vale). Thank you.
