   I recently attended the practice with a concern that was awkward to discuss but causing a lot of anxiety. All members of staff from my first phone call to my consultation were kind and caring. I felt like they understood me well and I really felt like they were all focused on helping me. In particular, the GP made it really easy to talk about my concerns, which is why I feel so confident in the plan we have in place. Overall an excellent service. Thank you to everyone who helped me!
