I have been registered at this practice for a number of years now. I recently called the practice, the reception staff were incredibly helpful, polite, professional and took the time to listen. I could not recommend and praise them highly enough. I recently spoke with one of the Doctors, mf who again was superb, listened and assisted me without making me feel rushed. Many thanks and please keep up the great work I know it can't be easy at times!

Daughter had a coil check today, the nurse didn’t use any lubricants and when told she was hurting my daughter and she was crying . She told her to stop crying it’ll only hurt a minute and to expect some bleeding. Absolutely disgusting. Where has the loyalty to patients gone??

Would like to say a big thank you to this practice and everyone who works in it for their continued hard work. GPs are getting such a hard time however i can assure you that this one is trying its best. I called 8am spoke to a GP that morning, was seen face to face in the afternoon. Thank you

I have tried every day for 9 weeks to get an appointment, to be either told there are over 30 people in the queue, there are no slots available for today or go to a pharmacy they can help. I went to two different pharmacies and both of them told me to go back to doctors. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service or support from this surgery, I desperately need to see a doctor as my condition has got worse due to not getting the help needed

I had a yearly review with the nurse Friday she was extremely good at her job as you should expect but does need too be said!! She listened understood and helped me and I felt even better mentally when I left. Wasn’t just a quick chat and out I really felt she cared so thank you Hollycroft

I have found the receptionist to be very helpful. I have had blood tests and the nurses are great. There has never been an issue with any of the Drs I have seen at both practices. They are wonderful and respectful.

Consistently poor service and diagnoses due to lack of face to face communication. Sent to A&E or told to see a pharmacist seem to be the favoured approach. Got a rash, you had better be good at describing the symptoms because they won't look at it, just ask you to send a picture and we all know a picture just doesn't represent the true nature of the problem. We've been receiving consistently poor service from this surgery and are having to get treatment elsewhere for our family.
