A great idea to have a drop in session for Smear tests. Really convenient to fit round work. My Smear was overdue because it is so hard to get through to make an appointment especially if you are at work and I'm sure lots of women would agree it's so easy to forget to ring to make an appointment at the end of the day after a day at work when you are able to get through on the phone lines. I hope the drop in sessions are something that continue in the future, I think later into the evening would also be really beneficial for women getting back into Ingleby after work hours. Thank you for providing this service today.

The practice has always been very accommodating with my family. The drop on cervical smear clinic was also fabulously ran. The nurse who completed it, also did my daughters pre school vaccinations & was fantastic! She makes the experience much less stressful.

I came today for a smear, I was very apprehensive after a bad experience before. The Nurse put me at ease, she had a lovely calm manner. The drop in was also a great idea.

It was a great idea to do this as it gave women more flexibility in being able to attend. The nurse was so kind and caring and really informative too

As with many people, I put off booking in so was overdue. Really convenient to be able to just drop in without having to make an appointment first. Practice nurse was great - very effective, responded positively to the information I gave based on previous screens and completed the test efficiently, kindly and quickly. I would definitely use an open drop in session again.

I attended the drop in clinic this afternoon. Juggling work and family commitments it is difficult to find the time to attend a set appointment. The drop in clinic gave me the flexibility to attend in my lunch break. The wait time was minimal and the nurse was lovely putting me at ease and explaining everything. Fantastic idea. It would be great to see more drop in clinics.
