I am diabetic This surgery is very helpful to me Time to time they send me appointments and they do review every 6 months This time my blood test report is better I would like to thank this surgery All Staff is very helpful

Exceptional surgery with a vast range of professional medical services and staff. Doctors,physicans and pharmacists and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always going over and beyond their medical duty. Never had an issue with booking an appointment with a doctor, nurse or pharmacist. They also have a great online portal which makes reviewing results, records and ordering medication very easy. Their response time is also very very quick! So good to know that medical care is still upholding standards.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion I’ve received from Doctor B(wont allow me to use his name sorry). From the very first visit, I knew I was in the hands of someone truly special. He takes the time to listen to me, showing genuine concern and understanding for every aspect of my health. His patience and empathy make each visit feel personal, not rushed, and his expert guidance has made a profound difference in my life. Thanks to his dedication and thoughtful approach, my health and well-being have drastically improved. I feel fortunate to have such an incredible doctor who not only treats my symptoms but truly cares about me as a person.

It’s such a pleasure to speak to the staff at Bath Road Surgery. Moreover, there’s a lady receptionist in particular at Bath Road Surgery who answered my call today, at 15:45 (in the review, I’m not allowed to write her name) a lady who is always very calm and polite and she always looks after me with planning carefully the appointments that I need. She never gets cross and is always extremely helpful and goes extra mile. Staff at the surgery are extremely lucky to have such professional colleagues. Patients are her priority and to solve out a query promptly is what she’s so good at. She is exceeding patient’s expectations and it’s such a delight to speak to her. She flawlessly works around patients’ needs and she plans the appointments to suit everyone. Thank you very much for your valuable service. Crina
