It’s such a pleasure to speak to the staff at Bath Road Surgery. Moreover, there’s a lady receptionist in particular at Bath Road Surgery who answered my call today, at 15:45 (in the review, I’m not allowed to write her name) a lady who is always very calm and polite and she always looks after me with planning carefully the appointments that I need. She never gets cross and is always extremely helpful and goes extra mile. Staff at the surgery are extremely lucky to have such professional colleagues. Patients are her priority and to solve out a query promptly is what she’s so good at. She is exceeding patient’s expectations and it’s such a delight to speak to her. She flawlessly works around patients’ needs and she plans the appointments to suit everyone. Thank you very much for your valuable service. Crina

Lady was very helpful and booked me an appointment asap. As I needed urgent care. She heard me and was very supportive. She is amazing.

It was wonderful taking to the staff who did my medication review. He gave me a detailed overview of my medication as well as my health wellbeing. Offered tips to reduce my health issues and made me aware of healthy lifestyle.

Very dedicated doctor Extremely experienced Very efficient Very kind and humble Must have been brought up by excellent and exemplary parents She takes time to listen and converse professionally Very humble human being She is strict but in a excellent way She meets patients half way in listening treating and whatever are patients concerns Excellent doctor to be treated by Would never change her for the world Thank you for providing an excellent service not just to me and my family but for all the patients you treat God bless you always Thanks a million

I would especially thank those doctors who quickly diagnosed my father's symptoms and visited his home on he same-day as I called. Thank you to all the support staff helping behind the scenes.

I have been asked to leave a review of this gp surgery. I am in a difficult position at the moment where I have torn my tendon and require emergency surgery but I wanted to obtain a second opinion before having this potentially lifechanging surgery. I took out private health insurance for this and asked gp to fill out a quick form to help me gain a quicker appointment for the second opinion. They are charging me £50 and refusing to give the form without payment. Moreover, they are only accepting cash which seems to be quite fishy! these are difficult times and rather than helping patients, trying to extract money from them at difficult times. What is one supposed to do when I need a second opinion urgently and the nhs takes months to respond to any referral. Pure exploitation, and the gp also did not tell me that there would be this fee to pay. The reception staff also seemed unsure whether to pay the fee or not - miscommunication is a big thing at this gp surgery and it is always a hassle to get anything done in a timely manner especially in an urgent situation like this where I am desperate. Very disappointing.
