Call waiting times are over an hour and a half and when you finally get through there are never any appointments available. I have been trying for five days, calling from the moment they open and when I finally get through after a long wait I am always told to call tomorrow as they just ran out of available appointments. The staff doesn't seem to want to help either and just keep recommending to "try again tomorrow".

I waited an hour and a half on hold this morning to book an appointment, waited through 35 people and finally got to number 1 and they hung up on me. Rang back and I was right back to the start. So infuriating, and not a sustainable booking system for people with jobs or obligations!
