Contacted the surgery on behalf of a family member who was worried. Seen same day and referred to the hospital for the concern. Very efficient service and gp we saw very kind. Surgery really seems to have returned to normal since COVID and the e consult works brilliantly . Thumbs up from us 👍👍

Bearsted is a great practice, efficient and caring. Their online triage system is fantastic and the speed at which you get a response is super fast. Both doctors and nurses really pushed for me to be referred to specialists as needed and ensured my concerns were noted and validated, which meant I had surgery which has changed my health and wellbeing for the better. Would absolutely recommend!

Bearsted surgery is caring and efficient. They sorted most of my medical concerns even though I’m a bit of a complex case. They didn’t have an outpatient slots immediately but did ensure I was followed up later and sorted out. Reception staff always polite and determined to get me what is needed. Go the extra mile Thank you all

Messaged the surgery regarding a non urgent medical issue using their website. Was expecting a delay in responding, but received a text message from a GP a couple of hours later confirming that a prescription would be waiting for me at Paydens. We are so fortunate to have this practice. Thank you for your prompt response.

Just like to compliment reception for being so reassuring and responsive when I needed an emergency prescription due to the chemist not being able to issue the remainder of my medication. I was actually panicking as I was due to run out but it was resolved and actioned within 24 hours. So Thankyou so much for returning my peace of mind!

In an era when doctors see you, despatch you with pills and that’s that, it was so refreshing to have the doctor follow up with me three days after. The initial consultation, promptly writing the referral which was instigated within a week. Made me feel listened too and cared for . Thank you

Everyone is extremely helpful and efficient - reception, pharmacy and doctors are all very focused and committed. The new triage system works excellently and quickly. Nothing but praise for everyone at the practice.

Needed a rush prescription which was dealt with very quickly. Prescriptions also sent to local chemist quickly.

Helpful doctors but appalling reception. Very long waits (hours) on phone and in person for appointments. Once waited 4 months for a Repetitive Strain Injury consultation (self employed, couldn't work) because reception forgot to send the form off. Latest incompetence- today I waited 20 minutes at the surgery for a simple repeat prescription. Just been to the pharmacy to pick it up and discovered the prescription is invalid. I am now without my medication and looking forward to a long wait tomorrow and another 2 journeys to rectify their mistake. Just not good enough.
