I await a reply from my email enquiry and visits to reception re telephone consultations. My phone blocks Unknown caller ID so until you can identify the call being from the surgery I am unable to respond.

Although I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment, I was very happy with the service I received The nurse was helpful and gentle. She explained the procedure clearly and answered my questions fully

Easy to book the appointment and seen on time Waiting room clean tidy and un intimidating Results and follow up very speedy and feed back very professional and informative advice given

I had a PSA blood test on 19th March and a follow up internal examination one week later at the Baslow Road practice. On completion of the latter, I was asked to provide a urine sample in a piece of kit provided by the surgery. This was duly completed and said sample hand in at the reception. Today, I have received a message from the medical centre informing me that my sample has been either lost or is unusable. I therefore need to provide another urine sample. Whilst wanting to comply with this request, I’m disappointed that this has occured.

I had an annual health checkup. The appointment ran to time. The nurse was cheerful, clear and friendly. The text notification system can be a bit confusing and opaque, sending multiple contradictory texts for two different appointment times, but this was cleared up by contacting the surgery directly. Follow-up was by phone and was prompt, friendly and clear. Good service

Presenting long term problem couldn’t be resolved by the gp so was referred for the necessary treatment and problem was resolved quickly and efficiently

This was not with a GP Blood taken by HCA for annual tests. Otherwise in no way was it a review. I was asked lifestyle questions but no inquiry into my health or level of satisfaction with treatment

I recently received two texts asking me to attend the surgery. I didn't know what they were about, nor whether they were for me or my husband. When I phoned, I was told one was an error, but I should go for the other, a B12 injection. I queried this with nurse, and she was very thorough, looked through my notes and couldn't understand why I'd been called in. She queried with a doctor, and apparently it was an error. It's worrying that this kind of error can happen. I doubt a dose of B12 would harm me, but it potentially could have been more serious.

I recently was called for an annual health review. The staff were really efficient and I was quickly able to see key details on the NHS app. I was also able to see that I needed to make some life changes, and I downloaded the NHS weight loss app, which is really good to use. I was called by the GP staff within 6 days and had a telephone assessment of my results. I fully understood the explanations, and I have decided to take healthier choices as a result if the GO's staff input. This practice really does care about its patients, and I am delighted with their approach and their assitance.

I had a call from the GP re information from some tests. I found it very reasuring. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and given honest and clear answers. Naturally, I was anxious prior to the phone call but soon relaxed as the GP was so very easy to talk to. Thank you
