All of the pathfields staff are professional and supportive even in challenging times. The doctor I saw on 6th June ( first appointment with her) made me feel at ease for something I was very anxious about. Thank you for all you do and continue to do, we appreciate you all!

The doctor was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. They ensured I knew when to take my medication and for how long and what to do if my symptoms did not improve.

The receptionist was very helpful, when it came time for me to leave,by holding the door open The nurse was very pleasant, and gentle also very helpful as I am disabled, and need a mobility scooter to get about

Once again I have had a Dr and nurse at this surgery carrying out an uncomfortable potentially embarrassing procedure but doing everything possible to make it as relaxed and pleasant as it could be. Thank you very much for your kindness and putting me at ease.

Waiting time wasn't too long & was pleased to see patients wearing masks. Was tidy in there. Greeted by reception politely. Saw Dr very caring & professional he did sort me out & medications sent to Chemist. Very pleased this time.

I visited Derriford Hopsital following me continuously being unwell and being worried about a new symptom that occurred before the Christmas break. I was advised by a nurse who took a test for diagnosis that I had covid; I was advised to go home, rest and avoid contact with others for the next 5 days. The doctors and staff members at the Beaumont Villa doctors surgery were supportive, empathetic and very helpful ensuring that I had time off to recover. Thank you very much for your help! I truly appreciated it!!
