We were given an out of hour appointment at this practice. I dropped my wife to take our baby to appointment at the practice while I waited in the car. We were out within 20 minutes. 2 weeks after appointment we have received £100 PCN from a scam company hired by this medical practice. My wife was never told to register our car and myself I never left the car even for a 2nd. People already are under a lot of stress looking after loved ones and now this medical center is trying to profit from car park enforcement. Complete and utter shameless practice.

Dear Sir I am sorry that you have had cause to complain and I would like to clarify the rationale behind the implementation of the parking management system. The decision to introduce this system was not driven by a desire to profit from patients but rather to address long-standing issues of road blockages caused by parents of the school and instances of anti-social behaviour within the car park. It was essential for the safety and convenience of all patients and visitors to our centre. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused during your recent visit. I understand that you have concerns about the financial aspects of the parking system. Please be assured that we do not financially benefit from this system as per our agreement with the car parking company. Our agreement is as follows-: we are not charged a monthly fee for having such a system and all ticketing is managed by the car park company. We do not get any income from ticketing. You're lucky if you can get a face to face appointment, as when you phone at 8am all the appointments are gone. I have had issues with ordering a repeat prescription, as I keep asking for it to be added to the NHS app, but I keep getting told I have to email the request instead, which never gets passed on to the chemist. I have had an ongoing issue since 2018 in which I just keep getting referred to other places then referred back to the gp and then stick on a random medication for X amount of weeks. Last September a consultant from KGH wrote to the surgery to ask them to refer me to Barts. In February when I phoned the surgery I was told it was still sitting on a desk and it would be sent off. In April when I phoned again as I hadn't heard from Barts I was told it hadn't been done and I would need to speak to the gp again! I have also had a letter to book a cervical screening, which I had booked an evening appointment, due to working 9-5, only to receive a text to say it had been cancelled. When I phoned to ask why I was told "I'm not allowed to say why but it's due to staffing issues" I asked if I could rebook the appointment for another day only to be told there was only day appointments available. I explained that I work 9-5 so I am unable to attend a day appointment. The receptionist then said "well you can't have a late one because the nurse has decided to only work from 9-12:45, and we only have one nurse". I already suffer with anxiety issues having to deal with phoning in the first place, and these experiences are not helping. I feel like o am being let down as a patient and I am seriously considering changing surgery's. This one is a joke, but it seems that the punchline is at the patients expense.

I came several times for the day appointment, receptionists were friendly and booked a slot for the day. The appointments were on time. GPs were helpful and gave helpful advice. Prescription was issued within 2 hours after GPs issued. Much appreciated, thank you for helping us

My wife collected my repeat prescription and ended up paying £47 as my GP had re-sent a previous prescription that was only needed once last month and never requested again. I stopped taking my anti-depressants because I was so fed up of using this practice. Every time I request my medication there is an issue. Now I've been charged £47 when the doctor should only have sent one prescription. Constantly I feel let down by this practice.
