I recently visited my GP surgery for a sudden illness, and the service was outstanding. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and the doctor took time to listen to my symptoms thoroughly. They explained everything clearly and ensured I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The staff was kind and efficient, making the whole experience stress-free and reassuring.

Absolute appalling practice I must say. I have been with Bedfont Practice all my life I'm almost 60 years old. It was once a great practice ut over the last few years it has completely changed and changed for the worse. I use an inhaler and have done all my life I asked for a prescription in June and it was refused. I was told that I need to make an appointment to see a Doctor?....why? The waiting list is at least 2 weeks! And also means that I will need to book a days leave from work. I keep asking for a prescription but still it gets refused! This has been going on for a month now. The practice is a shambles complete chaos.
