Having recently moved to Carlton surgery it’s like a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too much, the service is above expectations. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and caring. They seem like they genuinely care. Nothing is rushed and I feel like they actually go above and beyond their job roles, along with the doctors I’ve spoken to. I feel like I’m treated on a personal level and not just a stranger that calls or walks through the door. I needed some medication and it’s not something I would normally be able to get from Carlton surgery and couldn’t drive due to my injury to collect it from anywhere else. Within 10 minutes after sending proof of the medication I needed I had a call and was told I could collect from them. I honestly can’t thank everyone there enough for all the hard work during a trying time for the NHS
