   I accompanied my 90 year old father for a blood test. I suspected a MI had just happened. I asked if a blood test to check for cardiac enzymes could be added and the receptionist co ordinated the care to make this happen in a polite, caring and extremely helpful way. Information was communicated back and advice to inform of what may happen if blood results revealed problems was clear and concise. This action enabled me to get my father home safely to rest and minimised his anxiety. The receptionists at both sites are always polite, very helpful and willing to listen. Such an important part of the healthcare team. This makes communication easier when feeling concerned. Thank you for your outstanding care.
