Been with this practice for years and prepost covid was thinking of leaving as it was so stressful and upsetting dealing with the receptionists and trying to get seen. Recently my experiences have been wonderful. Ive been able to get appointments, the staff have been polite and efficient and the dr I saw was so dedicated ,and thorough. I felt cared for and I wanted to say Thank you for making my overall experience so pleasant . We know its a hard and sometimes thankless job but I wanted to know that this change in the way you deal with your patients is so appreciated and has not gone unnoticed. The nurse I saw was also very efficient so thanks the whole team .

Excellent GPs and whole team are friendly and helpful. Good listeners, decisive and efficient care. Ability to ring on the day and get an appointment is so useful.

I come to the GP quite often and i always receive great service. One time, I had been Informed I had high cholesterol the previous week and when i came back, the doctor i saw was very helpful. He explained the bad & good cholesterol, how to improve my lifestyle and I was really impressed because he didn’t rush me out the door !! Sadly I’ve forgotten his name but he is a consultant GP. Keep up the good work Beeches Surgery!

I handed in a letter at the Surgery requesting routine blood tests last Wed afternoon. At 3pm the next afternoon I received a text message from the Surgery informing me that the blood test paperwork was ready for me to collect. That's what I call excellent service. Thank you.

I was able to get an appointment for today when I expected to have to ring tomorrow morning. I normally find that it is hard to get an appointment for the same day so I am relieved to have been able to get this one.

At very short notice, the Beeches Surgery team was able to register my wife as a patient and offer her an immediate appointment with a doctor. A very impressive performance which was incredibly significant for us, given how poorly my spouse was.

Wonderful service. Lovely receptionists, easy to get through on the phone and get an appointment with the Dr and nurse. All my enquiries were answered and looked into. Thank you.
