My daughter needed a medicine review, this was quick and easy. After I took the opportunity to speak to the doctor about another issue and she has now been referred to the children’s hospital to follow this up. I am very pleased with how my appointment went. The doctor listened and has acted quickly. Thank you.

Needed an appointment, popped into the surgery just after 9 and managed to get an appointment for 10am. The GP I saw was very friendly and helpful and sorted my illness out with no problems at all Highly recommended

I had asthma and needed to see a doctor that day the receptionist was so nice she give me a appointment the same day. The was very patient with me checked me give me my medication I needed I would recommend this medication center to everyone.

Friendly nurse made me feel at ease. Took my blood without any problem or pain. Explained what the blood test was for and the results will be back in a week if I did not get a call from them to call the surgery for the results.

How unprofessional it is to leave patients standing at the front desk waiting to be dealt with whilst the young blonde receptionist decides to sit at the back on her phone oblivious to the small queue . Usually don’t complain but this is not the first time it has happened so I’m sure it won’t be the last. I’ve sat in the waiting room and have also seen this same receptionist ignore the calls, again sitting on her phone, on loudspeaker to others about her social life. I’ve never encountered this laziness with any other receptionist before at this surgery and hope management takes note of this and acts on it as it’s not a good look at all

We seen on time and attentively, the doctor was very attentive and patiently listen to our query. Then prescribed the correct the medicine. We were very happy with the staff overall and they were very pleasant

Had an appointment yo see a GP, didn't realise I was booked I'm with a nurse practitioner who can't prescribe what I went in to discuss. Not a problem though another appointment was sorted out then and their for another day. Always found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful in these matters.

I saw the doctor who wanted me to book a blood test, went to speak to reception and was told nearest appointment was a week away but she told me to take a seat and she would see if nurse could fit me in and she did

I worried at first reading google reviews, however their service is amazing, always have been able to make appointments or telephone apps and get the help I need. Only bad experience I had was my first midwofery referall back in 2022 was never referred which led me having to be emergency referred at 12 weeks but second time round I was referred on time. The Drs and staff are great and lovely.
