    I phoned bellevale health centre surgery on thirteenth September at eight o’clock to be told all appointments had gone. I went to surgery at seven thirty this morning stood in a queue of about Twenty people only to be told no appointments available after the first lucky five people made their appointments. This is not a one off event it is on a regular basis. I can only assume appointments are being given out earlier.

    Rang doctors to ask to see if my results where back at surgery . I was told no before I gave any of my details could not believe how rude the receptionist was I just put the phone down in utter shock . The doctors at this surgery are really good and have never had any problems with them.

    Having recently been to the practice quite a lot due to a decline in my health I can honestly say I have received amazing health care! Yes it may be hard to get an appointment ( not the practices fault) due to the increased demand of patients needing appointments, but I have always managed to get one whether it be using patches or ringing at 8am. The reception staff are very professional and helpful especially the older gentleman (sorry I don’t know your name) who seems so pleasant and polite. The secretaries who have recently dealt with a referral for me (sorry if I was a nuisance). I sent emails and they were very prompt getting back to me and helped sort of out my referral for me. Dr was extremely professional and informative when recently dealing with you so thank you, and last but by no means least Dr who I have had a few appointments with, she is so caring and empathetic and very knowledgeable when informing me about a condition I have just been diagnosed with. All the staff I have had dealing with are a great asset to the surgery and the partners of this surgery should be very proud with the patient centred approach they have. Would definitely recommend this surgery. I hope this feed back is fed back to the staff involved in my care and id appreciate you thanking them on my behalf! Kind regards Jenny McGuinness.

    Today, I had two booked appointments with the nursing staff. I can only say that the reception staff, and both nurses were both friendly and professional. I have been a patient for many years and I would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking to register .

    Although you need a letter from god to get an appointment the male reception staff can not do enough for you. I recently had trouble with my emails and couldn’t order my repeat prescription however both boys were always there to help anyway possible. Always polite and professional and go above and beyond

    I had an appointment with a nurse today who was lovely, reassuring and explained everything. I then needed a further GP appointment si she directed me to the gentleman on reception who is a credit to your practice, always helpful, polite and nothing is too much trouble. I seen a fantastic GP who put me at ease, listened and was clear with his plan for me. I had a fantastic service from you today, thank you.

    Wanted to make an appointment for a review and I was told to ring the following week. Contacted them the following week and didn't have one available anymore. Was given an appointment much later.. in the morning I never manage to make an appointment through the phone. When I wanted to use patch didn't have anything available untill following day 00.00h. Just don't know. ..very disappointed

    It is a danger to human health. Impossible to get an appointment whenever online or phone. Waiting for hours to get through. Terrible attitude of reception staff. I have left out of fear for my health.

    The whole team here give excellent support i and my family have been patients here for along time. It's simple give respect and consideration and you will get it back. Its awful the way some speak to them when waiting in the queue. Yes its frustrating but these are extremely hard times a little patience goes along way. I always recommend this practice their dedication and support is a credit to the partners who go above and beyond to help and support. Well done to all the team and Thankyou!

    I’m a newbie to the practice and have health anxiety amongst other conditions. This is a good gp surgery. I’m a nurse and this practice is helpful and the pharmacy in the surgery (Kay’s) are helpful, professional and nothings a bother.
