My appointment with the Dr on Wednesday 12th March 2025, was very successful. Her passion for the job she does is so evident in her approach to me as a patient. She listened and made me feel heard. She was able to trace results of previous tests and explained the findings and arranging follow-up. She completely alleviate my fears and I left the consultation feeling cared about. She is an asset to the surgery and the medical profession.

I contacted the surgery three days ago and was offered a telephone conversation to take place today between 14.00 and 16.00. My conversation was very prompt and extremely efficient. My request was dealt with to my great satisfaction. Many thanks to the surgery pharmacist.

The nurse I seen who took my bloods was amazing calm polite the reception was mad busy one lady on dealing with customer and the other two workers sat behind her. Plus not very private if someone has a private issue. The surgery nor like it use to be and they don't cater for everyone needs no empathy showed for less able people

It’s not the best GP surgery, but the doctor I spoke to was very good. He took time to listen he understood he did not rush me in anyway he’s a very professional doctor.

I recently had an appointment for a blood test, and my experience was very disappointing. The person who performed the test did not wear gloves while handling the needle and did not disinfect the area before or after the procedure. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor, reinforcing my impression of a general lack of cleanliness. After the blood draw, no proper dressing was applied—only a piece of cotton taped to my skin. On top of that, the person conducting the test was not welcoming or professional, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect strict hygiene standards and a minimum level of courtesy, especially in a medical setting. This lack of precaution and professionalism is concerning and does not reflect the good practices expected from a healthcare professional.

Had appointment with dr k kaur from the moment I walked in I she made me feel calm and relaxed just her softness as she spoke and listened to me after the examination she and the medication she prescribed she gave me anther appointment for the following week which I attended again she was lovely and very professional with a change of medication and a follow up appointment I seen her again and again she was so lovely can honestly say one of the best doctors apart from one other I have had the pleasure of meeting under such circumstances credit to her glad to say I no longer need to go back thank you dr k kaur

Once again, I was kept on hold in a queue for over 1 hr. As soon as the message says you are either 1 or 2 in the queue, the call is dropped. The last time this happened, I was fortunate enough to be able to leave work early and go into the surgery only to be told to write a complaint to the Practice Manager. I have done this twice and have never received a response to my correspondence. Consistently poor and disappointing service delivery!

The GP today was very thorough, knowledge, friendly and concerned, who was very helpful to diagnose my wrist painful problem. I am very happy to see such a great professional Dr in the surgery today. I also appreciate the wonderful work of all the staff at Bellevue Medical Centre. They have always been very considerate and helpful. Thank you all very much.
