I am let down as I have attempted to chase up several times on both my nose ( meaning I am struggling to breathe ) and my toe ( meaning I am unable to walk ) despite going to appointment the treatement has not helped. How can I escalate this. Thanks Rob

Prompt and extremely efficient response to a request for a GP appointment. The GP whom I saw was very helpful and after a full clinical assessment was very reassuring.

Fantastic experience with my GP this morning. She listened to me patiently and was very empathetic and yet professional in explaining my treatment. I have always been happy with this GP. Great experience always. Thank you again.

The nurse in question, jabed my arm with the needle too hard to make the pain shoot to my legs which is not a reaction that I normally get for flu jabs. ps: this is not a complaint

Because this GP is very very full and busy, if I recommend it to my family and friends, I don’t think it is possible to get an appointment next time when I want to see doctor.

the rapid health booking system required a review of symptoms prior to allowing me to request an appointment. An email 1 hour after initial contact allowed me to make the request. However i was then unable to book an appointment as there were none left. the appointment did not need to be booked urgently. It is highly unsatisfactory to not be able to make routine appointments despite it being appropriate. There was no information about how i make the appointment given its necessary but none available. This should be provided. The option of making appointments beyond urgent is necessary. the lack of information and guidance is unsatisfactory.

I booked my gp appointment with their new online system, was called back for a chat the next day, and I then sat down a week later at a time convenient for me with a specialist gp. My diagnosis was straight forward and I feel I can now start my recovery without delay. I'm very glad.

So I requested gp surgery for two month supply as going on a holiday but they never got back to pharmacy about it, ended up getting one month supply only. Secondly I Phoned them at 8:00am for consecutive 3 days to book a GP appointment and only heard back no appointments available. Call again tomorrow. Looks like getting appointment is like winning a lottery in this surgery. “Disappointment”
