    I can have telephone contact with GP within 3 minutes. I and GP both open and checked my NHS account.This help us to communicate clearly and easily. GP can make treatment plan faster. My problem can also been solved quickly.

    Really good experience of a doctor finding time in his busy schedule to get me an after-work appointment. The appointment was informative and useful, and the doctor was very personable

    Needed a flow up call with GP after a lung infection, with autoimmune condition can be difficult. The GP practiciner was really helpful and supportive with my recovery and support to help me get back to work safely.

    My appointment led from a telephone conversation, to then a face to face, within a couple of days. My appointment was met by my Dr She was very connected and engaged in what I was sharing, and showed great empathy and professional knowledge in my concerns. I went away feeling heard and valued in my situation.

    As my partner has brain injuries ,as his carer I do his review for him. The review went very smoothly with no issues. The pharmacist put me at ease with the way she spoke and I really appreciated this.

    Next to impossible to get an appointment on normal conditions only able to get an appointment due to speaking to 111, Such a serious Condition and red flags I had an appointment four days later.

    Dear Mr McDonald, Modality Partnership currently offer both urgent on the day appointments and pre bookable appointments. Pre bookable appointments are available to be booked up to seven days in advance with a range of clinicians and are subject to availability. Healthcare nationally is seeing a dramatic increase in demand especially within General Practice. This means phone lines are busier than normal and wait times on the phone are incredibly high. We are constantly hiring and looking at additional staffing to help manage demand. Our clinical and non-clinical teams now have a range of skilled staff, from GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, Home Visiting Team, Social Prescribers and Health Coaches to name a few. However, there is a national shortage of GPs, which pre-dates the pandemic, meaning we are unable to just find more Doctors to help manage this demand. When the appointments are full for any given day then no more can be added. Our staff are trained to seek advice if the matter is urgent, and signpost patients to suitable alternative care provision when it would be clinically unsafe to add more patients to the list. I appreciate that this may be frustrating for our patients, and I would like to reassure you that the Practice is seeing as many patients as safely possible daily.     Lovely friendly staff. I've seen both a doctor and a nurse here and both have been very friendly and helpful. So far I haven't had any difficulties in getting an appointment here either.

    Had a smear this morning. Usually a pretty excruciating experience but today it was quick, professional and comfortable. I felt in very safe hands. She was also able to answer other questions about health screening and provided me with the information I needed. All in all a pretty good 15 minutes. Thanks! And on time too.

    The first time I thought I had arranged to be called by the pharmacist nothing happy during the allotted time for them to call. I called to find out why and they had record of the appointment. A call was arranged and that happened and the level of service was good.

    Lady was very professional, kind and could actually take blood from my arm. As someone that has trouble finding someone that can take my blood I am very impressed. First time not a pin cushion.
