Today I went for cervical screening. The nurse was very sweet. She explained everything very nicely. My experience was very good.

For some reason I didn't receive my repeat prescription from the pharmacy. However, when I tried to have this sorted both by the pharmacy and the GP's receptionist it became a nightmare especially with the GP's receptionist who was discourteous in handling the issue. As of now I do not have part of my medication and inspire of informing the receptionist, the supply of my medication is still in abeyance. Of course this is without prejudice.

call on 8o’clock for book appointment for myself but receptionist is very rude first they said call us on 8 then today she refuse to give oppointment which is also Okk but when I was talking about my appointment she straight way hang up the call and she said very Okk thank u this that Like that I am afraid

The reception and admin is managed amazingly, at first I wasn’t sure if I could be advised in such a way from the team. I was not only given the support and advice at the clinic I was actually given follow up call later after few days to know if I needed any further advice and would like to meet the doctor or speak to the doctor again. Absolutely amazing this is what we need frm nhs surgeries around here a great assistance.

I call on 8o’clock for book appointment for my mum but receptionist is very rude first they said call us on 8 then today she refuse to give oppointment which is also Okk but when I was talking about my appointment she straight way hang up the call and she said very Okk thank u this that Like that I am afraid if something happen to my mum who is going to responsible we can’t call 911 every time if she got some pain please it’s request because staff can’t speak to us rudely we are already upset because of my mum

Good experience with nurse practioner friendly and efficient no issues there lovely girl. Though the building is depressing and soleless!...could really do with a brighten up..I feel sorry for staff and patients!
