   I tried to find out from the receptionist who had tried to contact me and for what reason. The receptionist is was quite rude, she wasn't polite , she didn't listen, she kept talking over me , always she couldn't wait to get you off the phone. This is not the first time this has happened, in fact its every time i call, which isn't that often. Please can they learn some manners and respect, this has been going on for many months.

   Phoned this morning for an emergency appointment. Had a call back within half an hour. Needed to do a test and had the full results back within an hour. Great service thank you
