   I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had with the nurse who drew my blood on Tuesday, November 5th. After the procedure, I was left with a painful bruise on my right arm, which caused me discomfort and pain for several days. The attention during the procedure seemed inadequate, and I believe that greater care and skill could have prevented this issue. I hope this feedback can help improve the service and patient experience in the future.
