where do i start... consistently late appointments (i waited 45 mins the other day). This practice does not put patients first, you are ignored at the reception whilst the receptionists laugh obnoxiously loud, your appointments are cancelled last minute with no alternative option given, religious songs are played at full volume which to some people this may be seen as disrespectful. When speaking with the joke of 'GPs' you have to tell them what treatment you want. I feel like they dont listen to my problerms and one of the so called gps was reading off google for the entire duration of my urgent appointment and sent me away worried with no concrete plans going forward. This practice makes me worry for my health as i think things are missed regularly due to lack of care and attention. Avoid at all costs. Plus its almost impossible to get a same day appointment and the receptionists are extremely rude and derogatory on the phone.

I concerned about my elderly father not being able to manage attending the treatment room for essential blood test. I was helped on reception by a lovely caring lady. She put the needs of my 89 year old father first with a caring and professional manner

I am so lucky to be at Bentham road health centre. The staff are very helpful and always put themselves second to the patients needs, getting appointments at a GP is hard these days and when I talk to my family at other practices, they can't believe the service I tell them about at Bentham road. They understand their responsibility to the local community and their hard work and effort deserves a reward. I just wanted to convey my thanks and appreciation to an incredible place made up of incredible people.
