This is my mom's practice she recently had a tia and is struggling with her memory. Mom has been to the practice quite a few times in the last few weeks as she is also diabetic I can honestly say nothing has been to much trouble from the reception staff nursed and the drs I literally can't thank them enough for looking after my mom.

I was given an appointment to see the doctor the day after I messaged my symptoms on the NHS app. On arriving at the surgery, the receptionists were very helpful and everybody in the waiting area were called in extremely quickly. The doctor I saw was extremely helpful, and listened to my problem attentively. They were very friendly, putting me at ease, and the service I received was impeccable.

All the staff that came into contact with were helpful, polite and professional. They offered support and explained the reasons why they were doing things before they did them and the reason for the proposed treatment. I felt part of the consultation and that I was listened to.

Doctor was very caring listen to my symptons. Asked when we had finished if any else was concerning me that he could help with.

The response by this practice is rapid which is fantastic as it stops an issue from escalating. From making an online consultation, I was contacted within 30 minutes and prescribed the medication I needed. I was signposted where to go out of hours if this got worse. I would recommend this practice completely.

I have been a patient at Kingfisher Berkley for nearly 2 years and in that time the care, kindness, patience and understanding of all the staff has not waivered as past in my experiences. I feel listened to and more importantly I am heard. Whether I speak to a long standing member of staff or one who is a new member, all staff use the same care and consideration and more importantly, the time to listen. I am extremely grateful and feel very lucky to have such a caring GP practice during these times when the NHS is so very exhausted, underated and undervalued. Thankyou to all staff at Kingfisher Berkley x

I filled in an online form at 8.10a.m this morning, and by 9.00a.m the doctor had phoned me to discuss my condition. He was very thorough and prescribed me the relevant medication. He also discussed another problem I had, which I hadn’t mentioned concerning some blood tests, which the doctor booked for me. Overall a very satisfied outcome.

They have always been good to me, considerate and helpfull, sometimes it is hard to get an appointment and there can be a long wait, but once assessed things speed up, they offer a variety of advise and things to help and support and have not let me down especially over the last few years which has been challenging for me
