Hi Tracy. Thanks' for the comments. Its always good for staff moral when patients' give positive feed back. Please consider joining our PPG, patient participation group. A group of staff and patients' meets 4 times a year to discuss ideas, share results and updates on the practice. We can arrange for remote attendance if you cannot come in person. The reception always look after me whether on the phone or face to face They make sure I get appointments with my favourite doctor

The are very helpful.They know me so if I have an appointment and they see coming me,they will give me a sign to seat down and they will arrive me. I found it very helpful because I had knee surgery and I can hardly walk.

I am glad that the care navigators managed to provide you with personalised interaction when you are at the surgery. Please consider, if you have the time, to join our PPG ( Patient Participation Group) we meet once per quarter to discuss our service with our patients. The gentleman at the receptionist was very helpful, i had a knee replacement I called and I was able to get painkillers And i was got appointment for my wound to be clean

I was worried about my blood pressure seemed like it was on the low side. The reception staff was very helpful and booked me In with a nurse with in the 15 minutes. I was called by the nurse less than 1 minute. I am really pleased with the service I received today. Thank you very much to all bermondsey staff

Why are you taking on new patients when your patients you already have can’t get an appointment? Even before the COVID pandemic it was hard to get appointments so now five years later, it’s even harder to find the surgery even open. Been up once again all day and night coughing and went to book an appointment only to find that they don’t open until 9 am.

Dear patient, as an NHS provider of primary care, we keep our register open to the people in our locality. We provide, and conducted a large number of appointment/consultations every day. Most physical (face–to-face) appointments are made after a telephone triage; when the clinician makes the clinical decision as to whether a patient actually needs a face-to-face consultation. A scheduled surgery appointment will be made, if necessary, after assessing the particular case. There are a number of options available to patients regarding appointment: 1. scheduled surgery appointments 2. Scheduled telephone consultation. 3. telephone triage 4. online consultations, NHS App/practice website. 5. home visits 6. extended access appointments Every day, we receive requests for help or advice through patients calling in, walking in, and now also online via online consultations. For each patient request, the practice needs to work out: 1. Why they have sought help from their GP 2. What kind of help the patient needs 3. How quickly the patient needs help 4. Who is the best person to help this patient 5. Where and when the patient should be seen. We endeavour to provide the best service possible at all times. I am not quite sure about the comment on the opening times. Our surgery doors open at 08.00 every week day. We have never opened ay 09.00. Today I came in for my medication I was struggling with one of the name of my medication. The young girl was very helpful and polite. she showed me a list of all my medication from the the past and it reminded me of the medication I was requesting. She helped calculate my length of medication.
