  1. Review titled Absolutely rubbish

Rated 1 star out of 5

The nurse basically shut me down when I was trying to expalain what was wrong with me and told me they was a nurse and not a doctor. I booked an appointment as I am worried and they did not give one single care in the world. I went home crying as I am really worried. I went in for severe period pain, bleeding, with big blood clots. And all they did was a pill check. All that was really spoken about was contraceptive and using it as a contraceptive. So no help at all.

  2. Review titled Declined shared care

    by Deswe95 - Posted on 16 March 2023

My teenage daughter has missed endless amounts of school and finds it hard to concentrate. After doing some research all her symptoms were pointing to adhd, but with a 3 year waiting list and my daughter lashing out and refusing school I paid to go private. Fast forward a year of medication (private prescription) and heavy monitoring we have found a happy level for her. But sadly it’s come to a point now that I struggle to pay for her monthly prescriptions. The reason I’m still paying privately is the GP at Bethany medical has not agreed shared care which we find hard to swallow as the NHS use the company that diagnosed my daughter. They have requested she goes on a waiting list which is currently 3 years to have her go through the NHS I’m at a loss and feel let down
