   Waited nearly an hour to speak to someone, as using online form wasn’t appropriate, and was cut off even though it said I was the next call to be answered - from being about 18th. Also, found out that no referral for surgery had been made, or received, by the hospital despite being told twice before by the go practice that they had referred me …ie 16weeks previously
