    The doctor who conducted my appointment was new to me but nevertheless was very informed with regard to my various long term conditions. The actual reason for the appointment was reviewed by the doctor with care and attention together with reasonable sympathy.

    Very supportive team of people. Seen very quickly Dr was supportive took his time to find out what was going on and how I was feeling. What the plan would be and afterwards a review Extremely happy with this service!

    Completed Patchs night before and had a telephone call followed by an appointment the following day. Patchs is okay but doent necessarily address all your symptoms

    Got a GP appointment for a routine medical issue within a week having completed the online Patches questionnaire. GP was running only 5 mins late and I was out within 10 mins having had a good appointment ie. issue diagnosed, treatment plan and necessary medication agreed and ordered for collection at the local pharmacy.

    GP was kind and caring. Professional and thorough. Haven't met a bad GP at this practice. Used the call back service, much better than hanging on the phone.

    I had a good experience no problems. Dr was ok with me. I was asked questions regarding my problem and the Dr made recommendations and asked me to book a series of tests. These were booked straight away at the reception desk.

    Lovely waiting area, just wish they had some chairs with arms, as getting up is difficult for me. Friendly reception staff. Fantastic doctor. Listens carefully, treats you like the only person needing help, medicine prescribed really helps and sending you on to second care when required.

    After a visit to A and E the surgery sent out a text for a follow up appointment that day. Doctor extremely thorough and patient. Bloods taken the next day by a very friendly member of the team. Times of appointments were adhered to and involved very little waiting time in the surgery. Friendly and efficient reception staff and appointment team. Couldn’t do enough to help. A very positive experience. Thank you.
