    I had a positive experience. I felt heard and understood by the doctor. He could sense that I was a bit anxious about the situation and he was empathetic when giving me the reassurance that I needed. He was happy to answer any of my questions and made me feel as though it was no trouble at all to ask for support.

    Easy log in at the pad, receptionist very friendly on arrival had a little wait bit the pad told me that, the doctor was friendly made me relaxed appointment took less than I thought which was good and the receptionist on the way out was friendly again

    Friendly welcome from all staff and consultation with GP was thorough and very reassuring. Treatment and follow up left me reassured that I am still important as I become older and medical care is available should I need it.

    A nice bright spacious waiting room. No delay in being seen. Doctor was friendly and personable and very efficient. Lady on reception was friendly too and also very helpful.

    The GP I saw and everyone I spoke with was really great. Caring, considerate and patient. Took the time to explain what was happening, give guidance and clarify next steps. I requested the appt on a Sunday evening, had a msg back on the Monday morning and a call from a GP all by 10.30 on a Monday morning. A face to face appt was arranged for the Monday afternoon and I had a prescription and follow up tests booked all on the same day. Perfect booking system, admin and professional care. Well done and thank you. Over the years this GP practice has really made a lot of changes and utilise tech to streamline the patient experience and promote the time with the correct triaged clinician. Thank you.

    Nurse was on time and friendly. Went over everything clearly. Only thing I don't like (a criticism towards the actual practice, not the nurse), is that there's no water fountain. In this heat, they always say drink lots of water....when the doctors are always running late, it'd be nice to actually be able to have a drink
