    Was seen yesterday after a very short wait. My medical review was very thorough. Also very friendly with plenty of discussion. I certainly felt that I mattered and was very happy with this visit.

    After several phone calls I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a same day face to face appointment with a GP for a worrying problem. The treatment I received was excellent and efficient. I do hope the practice continues to offer more face to face appointments. The people I spoke to at reception were friendly and helpful but I think it is important to be able to speak to someone able to make medical judgements as to urgency of need as I was eventually able to do after my third call. On this occasion I was extremely satisfied with my treatment and feel more confident about the future with this practice.

    Considering more and more houses are being built in the area and no expansion of facilities. Got an appointment within a couple of days and the nurse made me feel welcome and listened to my problem.
