    My experience was good and I received a satisfactory outcome ! However I find having to wait 2 or 3 week for an appointment a ridiculously long time to be expected to wait.

    Was given a 45 min appt with 2 medical students. Both were very thorough and careful with their analysis. Then sought guidance from the doctor at the end of the appt. Felt much less rushed.

    The nurse was amazing just such a shame that we had to wait 50 mins over our apt time!!! Trying to get an apt is a nightmare and you can never get through on the phones!! This practice needs to stop taking new patients and focus on the ones it already has that it can’t accommodate!! When you do manage to see someone I have never had a bad experience the staff are just over stretched!!

    The doctor I saw is always very kind, explains things clearly, and he listens. He also doesn’t make you feel rushed (although I still left having forgotten to ask about something which I know is a common problem!). The team behind the scenes have been extremely helpful, too, and I can’t thank them enough. Every time I hear other people’s bad experiences with their surgery, I think how lucky I am. Thank you, Patford House, for looking after me so well.

    My experience at the practice was made comfortable and I knew the waiting time and that there was a person in front of me from the sign in device. Dr. was professional as expected and the overall experience was excellent.

    Nurse apologised for appointment being later than booked for. She was pleasant and thorough. She was reassuring and explained matters clearly and was sympathetic to my domestic situation regarding my daughter-in-laws illness.
