    I want to thank everyone at Beversbrook GP service for their kind and caring response to my request for help following a severe mental health issue. I was so grateful that I was offered a very quick appointment and that the doctor listened sympathetically to my problems offering reassurance and practical advice. I felt very relieved to have such warm support including the offer to contact me personally to check on progress. This is the very best example of the NHS working to help someone in distress. Thank you.

    I really struggled to get an appointment after waiting 2 weeks for for a message from the practice but that never happened. I eventually got to speak to someone and was told that she would send me a link to get appointments and I did get one by that way.I was really great full for that.I was unaware of that site as I am sure alot of people are. The receptionist did not tell me anything about it.

    I was entirely happy with my consultation. I might add that it could be easier to get an appointment here. It would help if there was a clear instruction sheet on how to use the various online sites and apps available. Airmid, patchs, NHS app, system online: which should be used? And when? It is just confusing.

    Had to book an appointment on line which was no problem. Only had to wait a few minutes over my appointment time which was no problem. Doctor was very thorough and listened to what I had to say.

    My experience was very good,the nurse listened to me as I know my body, she gave advice and has done exactly what she said she would do,but it’s not always an experience like that,but on this occasion it was a good experience thank you.

    I had a quick response to a health concern, being seen within 48 hours. The consultation was on time and was thorough, friendly and efficient. Outcomes and ways forward we’re discussed and agreed. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

    Had a annual review of my medications. Very easy to make an appointment via a link sent from the practice & had regular update messages of my appointment. Very easy to self check in & Very warm welcome from the GP.
