    I've been with beversbrook for yrs a great medical centre pleasant and friendly team. The only complaint I have is I wished it would not use the online appointment system. I've used it a few times and to be honest it's not that good and in the end you phone for an appointment.

    Appointment was on time with a welcoming doctor who had a great manner. Easy to talk to. Able to discuss my situation without the usual jargon. He had a solution in mind which i will implement. We will review it in a few weeks to see if it needs a tweak.

    The nurse I saw would not listen to my concerns and would talk over me. 'Everyone feels unwell now' she interrupted without getting to know the whole story. She would not help at all. She also discussed my tests results from the hospital procedure I had and sho no knowledge of the subject. When I referred to the information from NHS website, she would say 'Don't believe anything you read on the Internet.'

    I was very pleased with the senior nurse that I saw she was very pleasant and very helpful to me if I have to visit again I would definitely recommend that I can see her.

    I visited the surgery concerning a couple of minor but troublesome complaints, and the Sister attending was a model of sympathetic competence; I felt I could not have been in more capable hands. The appointment was easy to make, a follow-up was promptly organised, and the whole experience was an example of how a surgery should ideally be.

    My appointment was very thorough, the nurse took time to listen to my health issues old and new, asked numerous questions to make sure she had the right information, I did not feel rushed at anytime during the apointment, which made a big difference. The nurse made some very helpful suggestions to help with the issues I needed help with and she passed all the infirmation to one of the doctors at the practise for further advice.
