I like to see my Doctor, he listens to what I have to say and acts accordingly. He always seems to remember everything about me, even though it is two months since I last saw him.

My daughter was seen at very short notice. The DR was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly & did a fantastic job at checking my daughter over & reassuring us. I'm very impressed

I understand going over slightly but over 1 hr wait for my daughts appointment, was silly. However, with the management always turning a blind eye to their Clinicians in need (through miss bookings or ill advised bookings) and the backlog, it is hard to see when it will ever improve. They clearly do not care about the staff and only about the money.

The Doctor gave me a good check over and talked to me about my health condition and then referred me to the Hospital to check out a problem

I had a telephone appointment with a GP. Very thorough questioning about my symptoms and received a face to face consultation two days later. Excellent care.

Was seen by my GP. We had a wide-ranging discussion about my health and the most appropriate care. Reviewed my medication too. I felt listened to and as if my point of view was being accepted as valid. Left the surgery with answers rather than additional problems to be resolved.

Both my female Dr and my male Dr I have seen have both been wonderfully understanding and so very helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble even though they are so very busy.

I've been a patient at Patford House and preciously Beversbrook for many years and have always received excellent treatment and care. My recent visit was as part of an ongoing issue and I was given all the time I needed to talk through every aspect of my condition and how to move things forward. The Doctors I have seen recently all come across as warm, genuinely caring folk. I'd highly recommend Patford House.
