    The surgery is clean and tidy and is quite welcoming. The practice now seem to react as a good team. I saw my doctor at the appointment time and he was very friendly and thorough. He listened to me and involved me in all decisions. I cannot ask for more than this. I genuinely feel it's getting better all the time.

    Quick service - wasn’t on hold for long (place in queue was made clear while waiting). Telephone appointment on the same day. Prescription sent and collected on same day. Great service overall

    With the demise of DoctorLink it’s back to ringing, trying to get through and then a long, uncertain wait for a routine appointment with a GP, which took about 3 weeks for me. Once there, the appointment itself was smooth, efficient, great medical advice and a referral for another long wait to see a specialist. My GP was excellent, with a particular specialism in the issue being presented. A good listener who quickly understood the problem and was able to propose a treatment pathway.

Patchs is a new feature which we are hoping patients find to be a good alternative to Doctorlink - we also offer same day urgent care Mondays - Thursday via our website.     Got through on monday expecting it would be busy. New methods of getting help from staff, instructed by a nurse. Before afternoon was over, I was contacted and received my meds before 5pm Great help and service.

    My partner has been trying to get an appointment with a GP without success. Once the call is answered which in the latest attempt was 45mins, all you get is a defiant call agent/administrator who will Not book you an appointment they will however direct you away from the surgery for further help ie will tell you to go to 111 or a&e. we are told if you call 111 they will book you an appointment with the gp. This also isn't true. Calling 111 as told they now are sending a paramedic team out to see my partner. (This is not needed or necessary) what a waste of time for hard working important group of people to attend a patient because Beversbrook are making it impossible to make an appointment and are shurking their responsibilities as a care team. The Paramedics and the Hospitals are just been dumped on by GP surgeries like Beversbrook and individuals and surgeries patients are being put at risk due to the current appalling standard of service or i should say lack of by Beversbrook.

    An appointment was cancelled at short notice with no reason given, and without the possibility of replying and asking why. But it was rapidly rescheduled and I was happy with its outcome, being seen by GP I hadn’t seen before.
