  1. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

A very efficient service! I used the e consult function which meant i could receive treatment the same day I completed the online form, my needs were met very quickly. Would 100% recommend to friends and family - staff also lovely and very helpful, thank you for serving the community so well against all odds ( ie lack of funding and time) .

  2. Review titled Repeat Prescription Process Very Confusing

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I have been told three different stories for how to do a repeat prescription. Shockingly cumbersome and slow. Why if the doctor wants me to stay on the medication for at least six months, do I have to do a repeat prescription every 28 days?

Repeat Prescriptions: You can reorder your regular prescriptions using one of the three options below: Via Patient Access or using the NHS App - you will need to register to use this service if you haven't already. By posting the prescription re-order slip to the surgery. Completing a prescription request form at the practice Please do not call the surgery to request a repeat prescription. We cannot process prescription requests over the phone. Please allow at least 4 working days for your prescription to be processed. This may be longer if you want your prescription sent to a chemist. If you are due for a medication review, one of our prescribers will want to speak to you before reissuing and this may cause delay. One-off Medication: If you think you need medication that you don't have on your repeat medications, you will need to send an eConsult for your GP to review.
