I used the new online booking system today. It's much simpler to use than the previous e-consult. I had a call back from the reception team within 10 minutes and an appointment with a GP in just over an hour. I was assessed and received the treatment I needed for an ongoing shoulder issue and was home again within two hours of my initial contact. It won't always be possible to give such a quick response but the new system certainly worked well for me today. Thank you!

I have been diagnosed with ADHD as my life had gotten out of control and finally I had an answer. I was told by Biddlestone that they would agree to a share care plan with my psychiatrist so I could finally get my medicine on the NHS. Once I had paid for 6’months of expensive medicines and consultations Biddlestone tells me they’ve had a change in policy and can no longer agree to the share care plan? So now I’m back on the waiting list for an adhd assessment after having 6 months of medication. I think this is disgusting !

I have been with biddlestone since I moved to Newcastle and they have always managed to fit me and my daughter in and never wait too long for an appointment. The Drs and nurses show empathy and care and never make you feel silly and take you seriously. Even through trying times for the nhs they are always there and always helpful and I feel very lucky.
