I am so grateful to all the staff at Bilbrook Medical Centre. Whenever I need an urgent appointment, I am able to get seen. The receptionist staff and Doctors are friendly, caring and professional. I just wanted to say thank you to you all.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years and in that time have only had a couple of minor issues, all other care has been brilliant. Recently very helpful and supportive with my son who has additional needs and can struggle in clinical settings but came out feeling very positive about his experience.

Thank you for your feedback which will be shared with the team. Please also consider if you son struggles in clinical settings you may want to consider booking a double slot, having the extra time might make his experience less stressful.
