My experience from start to finish. I struggled using self checking and the receptionist was very helpfully (iam not technically minded). My experience with my doctor was excellent. I felt very at easy with him and would like to thank him. Just can't fault all the staff. They treat you with respect are patient with you and so helpful. Been with this practice all my life and since you have taken over it is the best the surgery has run. Thank you

I rang the surgery this morning to request to see a female doctor if possible and to my surprise was given an appointment for this afternoon. The receptionist and doctor were very friendly helpful and also professional. The improvements to this practice so far are very impressive.

Registered recently. Lovely staff, great experience all round. I feel like I am being properly looked after. Phone answered quickly. Have seen two members of staff team. Also the Practice Pharmacist called me to talk about my meds because I am new. The appointments given suited my busy work schedule, I asked for later appts and got them no problem. So happy to have been accepted there.

I rang the surgery and i was offered an appointment later that morning. I saw one of the lady GPs and she was very thorough and I felt I was in good hands straight away. I was fast tracked and when my results came the same Gp rang me with the next steps. I found this very reassuring. I already feel really positive about the new partners at the surgery and the steps they are taking to make this surgery as good as it was many years ago. I would highly recommend to friends and family. I now feel confident my health is in good hands.

I attended Billinge surgery this morning 30/01/2024 with my grandson whose appointment was 8-45am and we didn't see a doctor until 9-30am. People who came in after us went in before us so no I am not happy about this situation. I realise they are all new doctors and supporting staff, but that is no excuse. I hope this will improve as time goes on

Dear Dot, Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience at the practice, we have reviewed your feedback and unfortunately on some occasions the appointments can be delayed. On the day you attended there were 4 clinical staff working and seeing patients and patients were seen based on the clinician they were booked with. However, we have identified that should have communicated this with you to ensure you understood the reasons for the delay in seeing the doctor for your grandsons appointment. I recently visited the practice and I found them to be incredibly caring and dedicated to improving their services. It was evident that they were making genuine efforts to address the feedback from the Care Quality Commission even asking patients if they were happy with their appointment and for feedback. Despite the staff working under difficult conditions, they have managed to implement some positive changes that directly benefit the patients. It is commendable to witness their commitment and resilience in providing the best possible care. Overall, I highly appreciate the caring attitude of the practice and their ongoing efforts to improve. It is reassuring to know that they are actively working towards enhancing the patient experience.

Having been a patient for several years, I have witnessed the ups and downs of this practice. When I first heard about changes in doctors and managers, I was naturally skeptical, as we have been promised improvements in the past. However, I am thrilled to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The practice has transformed into a warm and caring environment. When I called the practice in the morning, I was promptly scheduled to see a doctor in the afternoon. Additionally, the doctor recommended a nurse appointment, which I was able to book for the very next day. The efficiency and attentiveness of the staff have made this practice a truly pleasant place to be. I believe that the staff deserve the unwavering support of the community and all patients, in order for them to continue improving the practice.
