Review titled Terribile
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 03 March 2025
Today, March 3, 2025, I had an appointment with my GP and a blood test at 11:10. When I finished talking to my GP, he sent me out and told me to go get a blood test. I went to the reception desk and the lady who was working said I didn't need a blood test, and I said I did, she repeated her point. My NHS app says I should get a blood test and I'll see my GP after the procedure to discuss what to do next. My thyroid is going up and down and my GP said when I get the test and the results come back, they'll know if they'll increase or decrease my pills. They sent me home without a blood test. I don't have to say how angry and frustrated I am.

Review titled A complete torture
by Nadir - Posted on 07 June 2024
This surgery has ruined my peace of mind. There is a patient with similar date of birth and first/last names who resides in Bradford. I live 100 miles away and have never been to Bradford in my life. Their staff over-writes my personal details with the other patients particulars. I have contacted them repeatedly, and the lady who takes my call always assures me she is going to solve it, yet does the same thing again. She doesn't let me speak to the practice manager either. Completely useless staff. Instead of helping critical patients, they make their lives miserable.

Review titled Ridiculous waiting times and being cut off
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this doctors to the point where I’m in the queue on the phone and the receptionist answers and then cuts the call off straight away. This happens every week when I call for my meds then to top it off I get told I don’t need to ring every week even though my dosage equals to 28 tablets in a week. They are rude and condescending. They not very helpful at all that’s why I don’t really ring them for help even though I suffer with a lot of mental health. They really need to improve the services. I also struggle at 8.30am to get appointments when needed too.

Review titled Worse practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

I had a blood test appointment for the fourth time they lost my blood sample and made poor excuses for this action. The reception staff are rude and practice is run in a very poor manner unorganised and unprofessional.
